Cancellation Policy
At Hiwin Digital, we aim to make your order management as flexible as possible.
1. Order Cancellation Process
We understand that circumstances may change. For orders placed through our Hiwin Digital platform or our integrated Amazon store, we follow a streamlined cancellation workflow to ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Terms of Cancellation
- Standard Window: You can request a cancellation within 2 to 12 hours of order placement, provided it hasn't entered the processing stage.
- Shipped Orders: Once an order has been marked as 'Shipped' and a tracking ID is generated via our shipping partners, it cannot be cancelled.
- Amazon Orders: Cancellations for orders synced via Amazon SP-API are subject to Amazon’s standard marketplace cancellation rules.
3. Refunds & Credits
For all successfully cancelled orders, Hiwin Digital will initiate a full refund to the original payment method used during the transaction.
Note: It typically takes 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank statement or credit card account, depending on your financial institution.
